I can do onsite services or you can bring the machine to me. I charge different amounts depending on where and when I do service:
Charges if the computer is brought to me at work
If you bring the computer to me at work, I charge $35 per hour with a maximum charge of $125. The maximum charge assumes that I did not have to procure any additional hardware or software to make the computer work. If parts that cost extra are needed, I will ask before getting them. The maximum charge also assumes that you are not in a hurry and that I may work as I have time available. If the work needs to be expedited, I may charge $35 per hour without a maximum. This will be decided on with you before I do any work.
Charges if I pick up the computer
The charges are the same as if you brought the equipment to me, but I will charge a $35 pick up fee, which makes the maximum normal charge $160 for this service.
Onsite charges
If I go to you to work on your computer, I charge $50 per hour that I spend onsite. The minimum charge will be for one hour, and if I am there for longer than one hour, the charges will be apportioned to the amount of time I am onsite. Except for the setups which need to be done onsite, I prefer, and charge less for, offsite work.
